Buying on the Exchange
Overview
Our agency will be able to assist you in purchasing insurance on the health insurance exchanges! Much like your insurance agent helps you buy car insurance, we'll help you with your health insurance needs. Best of all, you will still be able to take advantage of the tax subsidies!
When will this happen?
The exchanges will open for the first phase on October 1, 2013 and will close on December 15, 2013. Any policies purchased during this time will be effective January 1, 2014. On December 16, 2013, phase two will open and run through March 31, 2014. These policies will have February 1 and beyond effective dates.
